shocking news

It was indeed a shocking n a horrifying news for me when i was told that this year we have no appraisal. Every year, April is the only month we wait eagerly as we get our appraisal at this time of the year.I have worked so hard all through the year hoping to get good appraisal as the percentage of appraisal depends on one's performance,have been able to topped in almost all the projects,infact i have spent sleepless night praying to God to be able to be achieve my target that i set for myself everytime i have been given a project, by the grace of God i managed to do it well and now when the time has come for the result, its nil n this feeling hurt me so badly still i have not lose hope that the management understands the hard work that we have put in and do the needful so that we give 200pc next year as well n that the company earns more revenue.

the first day of blogging;

Being the first day of bloging,its quite exciting thinking that now i can share or put down my feelings or maybe anything that comes into my mind here. it is always said that whenever you feel good or you feel low, use pen and paper to share your feelings ,you will definitely feel good n relax and thats when i decided to create a blog for myself atleast i can be sure that i have something to rely on and to be listened by.i really am feeling proud to be the owner of my own blog atleast i have something that belongs to me and only me.
